In a Facebook post with the title, THE DAUGHTERTE GAMBIT, radio host and blogger Mark Lopez explained how President Duterte’s genius made sure the Opposition is destroyed before the presidential race officially started.

How? Lopez said President Duterte making himself available as a VP candidate was a genius move. The presidential aspirants from the Opposition who are scared to lose to Sara Duterte in the presidential race may want to slide to VP to avoid losing in a face off with Sara. But since Sara announced she is no longer interested to run for President after her father accepted the PDP-Laban nomination as its VP candidate, the Opposition presidential aspirants saw it as a sign and quickly announced their candidacy for president and forget the VP race. Besides, a highly popular President Duterte as their protagonist in the VP race is not option either.

Lopez remarked that President Duterte’s gambit only worked by keeping Sara out of the loop.

Lopez said that President Duterte knew that Isko, Manny and Ping are just ambitious but no clear mandate from the people so beating them in the presidential race is a walk in the park so to speak for the admin bet. In case Leni joined the race, the more, the merrier and easier to demolish so to speak.

Lopez predicted that eventually, PRRD will back out of the race, paving the way for Sara to join the presidential race and convince BBM as her VP.

Lopez this once again another move from a genius tactician.

This is how I see it…

The opposition is now in shambles and the running joke is that Madumb was able to unify all the aspirants to run for President, tapos sya pa yung naiwan. Kamote nga kase.

But there is also the underlying genius moves of Rody Duterte in making sure the opposition is in disarray. In making himself available as a VP candidate, he made sure that the VP slot will be his for the taking. Kumbaga, he made the move para sa VP slot para mahirapan sya tapatan.

For the Presidency, I believe that somehow Father and Daughterte are one in mind in strategy, again to keep the opposition dazed and confused, and force the aspirants now out in the open.

Officially as of this writing, Mayor Inday Sara Duterte is not running, pero we now see the flurry of activities from Yorme, Pacman and Team PISOT. Nag desisyon na ang mga ungas, at feeling nila lahat eh the race is up for grabs.

Ung mga dilawans naman eh hanggang ngayon ay umaasa ng milagro at pilit kinukumbinsi ang mga sarili nila na may tsansa si Madumb kahit alam nila ang katotohanan na wala talaga. Delusional as always.

By keeping Mayor Inday Sara Duterte out of it with his VP gambit move, na force move ni PRRD ang mga aspirants.

Yorme, Pacman and Ping. Puro mga ambisyoso lang pero wala talagang clear mandate sa taumbayan. Kung isama mo si Madumb eh all the more na mas madali ang laban.

The more, the merrier and easier to demolish.

Eventually, I believe PRRD will not really run, and pave the way for Sara’s presidential bid, tapos convince BBM to be her VP.

And in a race that has Sara, Yorme, Pacman, Lacson and Madumb? Sus! Hindi na dapat mag election.

Dapat coronation.

Again, genius move by the master tactician Duterte.
