Social media influencer and international commodities trader MJ Quiambao Reyes has taken a jab at presidential aspirants who are capitalizing on their rags-to-riches and sob stories as themes of their respective presidential bids.

RAGS-TO-RICHES & sob stories are meant for movies & teleseryes.

Reyes cited a few examples who used this narratives and failed miserably.

Manny Villar, Jojo Binay, and several others have already used those narratives to try to win an election and failed.

Reyes remarked that Filipinos are not looking for another widow or a former actor as president.

Filipinos are not looking for another widow like Cory or another actor like Erap for a leader.

Reyes was very specific what kind of leader the Philippines need to succeed President Duterte while taking a jab at another presidential aspirant who thinks that after serving a 1-year term as Mayor, he is ready to lead the country.

We need a leader who is NOT a product or puppet of the oligarchs, terrorists, lamestream media, aliens – and will not kowtow to any of the said elements.

We need a leader who is NOT blinded by his religion or driven by his own selfish ambition, Reyes added.

Reyes’ FB post has generated mixed reactions among her supporters, especially the pro-Marcos and Duterte. But majority agree – we are done with politicians described by Reyes in the post.

We need a leader..not the likes of Pakyaw..Lacson..Isko ..or Robredo..but the likes of the Dutertes or BBM.. chimed in another.

This netizen just went farther than Reyes in stating what he wants for President after President Duterte steps down.

We need someone who work for the people and the country. Tama na yang mga madadramang narratives na kesyo ipinanganak na mahirap, nangutang, kumain ng tae ng baboy, natulog sa sidewalk, kakapagod na ang mga ganyan. Di naman namin hinahanap ang pinanggalingan, importante me gagawing mabuti para sa bansa at hinde puro puna.
