US-based Bicolano accountant Edwin Jamora was literally screaming from the top of his lungs on Facebook to announce that Yorme Isko Moreno is one big fat liar.

On Facebook, Jamora wrote in all caps.

Jamora can’t help but laugh of what he just stumbled upon on Twitter.

So what was the fuss all about?

In case you missed it, ABS-CBN posted an article Yorme Isko talking about his Martial Law experience. According to him, he was still student in the 80’s when martial law was in effect in the country and recalled employment was tough back then.

He also talked about the prices of commodities and debt servicing. He elaborated that jobs were scarce and nowhere to be found. Six out 10 Filipinos had no jobs at that time.

Jamora googled Yorme Isko Moreno’s birthday and according to Google, Yorme Isko was born on October 24, 1974 or he is 46 years old now and 6 years old when ML was lifted.

So I head to Twitter to check the netizen who first posted it and turned out, the Twitter netizen’s handle is @dollsgogo.

Sinungaling si Isko! Sabi niya estudyante daw sya nung panahon ng Martial Law. 1981 nung naabolish ang ML, 6 yrs old pa lng sya. Mahilig na nga manira para manalo, mahilig din magsinungaling. Ang sinungaling ay kapatid ng magnanakaw. Baka magnakaw lang yan pag nanalo. [Link here]

Netizens wasted no time in debunking Yorme Isko’s narrative.

1974 pinanganak sya, 1981 na-lift ang ML. 6years old pa lang si Isko sa pagtatapos ng ML 

Hahah! Ang sinungaling ay kapatid ng magnanakaw! commented another.

6 years old pa lang sya nung 1980’s malamang busy pa sya sa paglaro or pagkain ng kulangot nya at that time habang walang nakatingin..tapos ang galing naman nya about employment during martial law ahahaha! chimed in another.

Noong panahon na yun, hindi ka pwedeng mag-grade one kung wala ka pang 7 years old (dapat ipinanganak ka ng January-October 15?) Ibig sabihin June 1981 nag-grade one si isko.Natapos lang ng ML ng January 17, 1981, said another netizen.
