Pastor Apollo Quiboloy mulls libel case vs Senator Manny Pacquiao for calling him psychologically-imbalanced?

In case you missed it, Pastor Apollo Quiboloy challenged Senator Manny Pacquiao to a debate regarding the Sarangani Sports Center in the spirit of public interest.

Senator Manny Pacquiao said he would rather respond to Pastor Quiboloy act of besmirching his name. And about the debate? The senator asked why would he debate with the Pastor when he is psychologically imbalanced?

On that note, Pastor Quiboloy said that it is possible to sue Senator Pacquiao because his statement is libelous. Pastor Quiboloy warned Pacquiao to be careful, because it is him who is destroying his name.

Pastor Quiboloy added that he is not a boxer. He did not receive blows to his head so it’s intact. Pastor Quiboloy returned the favor and asked Senator Pacquiao how many times he was hit in the head. When talking about psychologically imbalanced, Pastor Quiboloy said the accusing finger is pointed at Pacquiao.
