PCOO Usec. Lorraine Marie Badoy belitled Yorme Isko Moreno for challenging President Duterte to a fistfight to settle who between them is badass.

Understandably, Yorme Isko wants the spectacle to be held in his home turf.

Usec Badoy found Yorme Isko’s behavior very amusing.

Why? Usec Badoy said Yorme might be badass but perhaps in the movies.

Usec Badoy said Yorme Isko is not Rodrigo Duterte badass level.

Usec Badoy doubted Yorme Isko can reach the level of badassness of Rodrigo Duterte even he live 10 lifetimes specifically putting the USA in its proper place.

On a serious note, Usec Badoy is skeptical Yorme Isko cannot handle the CPP/NPA/NDF terrorists that PRRD walloped now.

Usec. Badoy recalled Yorme Isko ordered Manila police to remove the tarpaulins declaring the CPP/NPA/NDF persona non grata in Manila for fear of backlash from the group. if you’d recall, Yorme Isko defended his action and justified it as an act of compassion in time of health crisis. [Inquirer]

Usec. Badoy conceded that Tondo might be badass but Davao-in-the-80s will make Yorme’s Tondo looks like BGC on a Saturday pre-pandemic night. According to Usec Badoy, the “panaan” in Tondo was just a social event when compared to Davao City when Mayor Rodrigo Duterte assumed as a city mayor.

Once again, Usec. Badoy reiterated that Yorme Isko may be badass in his own cute movie way but in her opinion, he will never be Rodrigo-Duterte-in-Davao-during-the-80s badass.
