Andrew Olivar aka Boy Landi has shared his astute observation to his Facebook followers regarding our politicians running for a position, particularly for the national position.

Basically, Boy Landi cited 5 examples of the most used and abused political stunts of our politicians to woo the votes of the poor who comprises the vast majority in the country.

Boy Landi said that these politicians are shamelessly doing these to make themselves relatable or identify themselves with the poor.

Sa Pilipinas ka lang makakakita ng mga pulitikong tatakbo na kailangang..

1. kailangan kumain ng pangmahirap na pagkain para RELATABLE kuno.. magiging patok nanaman ang mga swuid ball, fishball, mami, sopas, lugaw at mga street food..
2. Kailangang ikwento ang paghihirap noong kabataan.. mas madrama mas mabenta..
3. Kailangan nasa linyahan ng mga sentence mo dapat yung word na “mahihirap”. Example: kailangan ko pataasin ang ekonomiya ng bansa dahil naaawa ako sa mahihirap
4. Kailangan nagkakamay habang kumakain at kailangan pawisan parati ang datingan kapag nagkakampanya para magmukhang down to earth para makuha ang simpatya ng masa..
5. Kailangan yumakap yakap with photo op sa mga mahihirap para sabihin na hindi maarte at mahal ang mahihirap..

Insane, right? Boy Landi asked. They are using the poor and abused the word poor but in the end, the poor are getting poorer and not getting the help they badly needed.
