While PDP-Laban is hell bent in pushing for a Bong Go-Rodrigo Duterte tandem in the 2022 polls, Manila Bulletin writer Krizette Chu took to Facebook to advise PDP-Laban to exercise prudence.

On Facebook, Chu warned that PDP-Laban could be playing into the hands of the Opposition if they insist on Bong Go-Rodrigo Duterte tandem in 2022 polls.

The best chance for the other candidates to have a chance to win at all is to have BBM and Bong Go both run for President. BBM will not run if Sara does, but he will if it’s only BG.

Chu gave PDP-Laban an honest assessment of Bong Go’s prospect if they insist on fielding him as the official bet of the party and it doesn’t look pretty.

BG has no chance of winning even when he is a good person and a hardworking Senator who has helped a lot of people because he needs to put in more work and gain more recognition for those work.

Chu ended the brief FB post by leaving PDP-Laban with some words of advice.

Chu’s FB post has elicited mixed reactions from her FB followers.

If the FILIPINO PEOPLE want to continue what DUTERTE started, they will vote his PRESIDENTIAL RUNNING MATE because that is the only way DUTERTE can continue to help us under the constitution. He asked for Bong Go. If you vote for BBM or any other candidate as president is a slap on his face and an ungrateful act, one netizen commented.

Agree pdp laban has to reconsider that bong go is not popular yet baka masilat, wrote the 2nd netizen.

Sarah will not run if PRRD will run. BBM will not run against Sarah. Now that PRRD will run, Sarah will not run. So best option is BBM-PRRD tandem.If PRRD will back out kung tatakbo si Sarah then best option is Sarah-BBM or BBM Sarah, said another netizen.

This netizen thinks PRRD is simply chess against the Opposition. PRRD accepting the PDP LABAN endorsement looks like PRRDs move in the chess game of politics. I wonder what’s he’s thinking.. Know that he mastered the game long before he became the President of the Philippines. He’s just waiting for oppositions move after his declaration. 

Meanwhile, this netizen told Chu and other supporters to stay back and enjoy how the PDP-Laban plays their card to outfox the Opposition.

It is all part PDP LABAN’s strategy and maneuvering plan. They only float Bong Go and Pres. Digong’s name to hold off and prevent any momentum from the oppositions. But once Sarah declares, Bong Go, Pres. Digong and PDP LABAN will defer. It will still be Sarah the Candidate and Sarah the 17th President of the Republic of the Philippines in the end. All the projects and policies of his father shall see continuity and the fruition of which shall benefit the future of all Filipinos. Philippines will finally be a true great nation brimming with hope and potential and its citizens shall enjoy good governance and public service (it so long deserve before the Dutertes) for a long long period of time.
