IBA ANG PLATAPORMA SA PAMBOBOLA, This is the title and in my opinion, the summary of the FB post of Atty. Bruce Rivera talking about Manny Pacquiao’s “free housing to all squatters” election campaign slogan/promise.

Atty. Rivera wasted no time in telling Senator Pacquiao that his plan isn’t new and has been done before and yet the problem of informal settlers persist.

Senator, nagawa na yan dati. And guess what, may informal settlers pa din.

Atty. Rivera asked Pacquiao what he has learned from his 3-months PolSci course? Why? Because from the looks of it, he did not since he referred to informal settlers as squatters, which he said is not politically correct.

Manny kung nag-aral ka sana ng mabuti, we do not call them squatters. It is politically incorrect. Pag squatter kasi, nagiging kriminal na ang peg kay di na ginagamit. Nainform ka ba sa 3 months mo sa PolSci?

Atty. Rivera said he was not surprised Pacquiao referred informal settlers as “squatters” because he considered homosexuals as animals.

Oh well, kung hayup ang tingin mo sa mga bakla, chances are squatter nga ang tawag mo sa informal settlers. Sisipsip ka sa mga mahirap, the least you can do is know right way to call your target victims.

PLAIN. This is how Atty. Rivera described Pacquiao’s idea of public service – MENDICANCY. He said Pacquiao need not run for President to put his idea into action.

Pero, napakapayak talaga ng idea mo of public service: MENDICANCY. Di mo kailangan tumakbong President. Mag noontime show ka at mamigay ka ng bahay. Ginagawa ni Willie, pinaplano mo pa lang.

Atty. Rivera went on to explain to Pacquiao why the problem of “squatter” persist in the country until now.

And you know bakit may “squatter” pa din hanggang ngayon? Kasi, kahit bigyan mo pa ng bahay ang lahat ng walang bahay, kung walang development sa countryside, magsisiksikan pa din yan sa NCR. Bigyan mo nga ng bahay yan sa San Mateo, akala mo okey na? Hindi pa din yan lilipat dun kasi ang trabaho nila andun sa squatters area. Dun din sila nakarehistro para bumoto kaya di yan bibirawan ng pulitiko dun. Anyare sa bahay ng ibibigay mo?

Ipaparenta nila yan sa iba o di kaya sasakupin ng Kadamay, Atty. Rivera added.

Atty. Rivera warned Pacquiao the repercussions if he insist on his “free housing to all squatters”, if he becomes president.

And worst, you will encourage people to squat kung may pabahay ang magiging gantimpala. And you will put a strain on land use kasi nanganganib ang lahat ng bakanteng lote na sakupin at tirhan ng tao dahil may pabahay sa gobyerno.

Atty. Rivera chided Pacquiao to use some brains for his rather disruptive plan.

Humugot ka ng neurons sa utak, Sen. Pambobola at pambubulabog yang plano mo.

Atty. Rivera ended the FB post by reciting a slogan which apparently mocks Pacquaio.
